• 1) Traditional GR sale
• 2) Buy Back - Option to buy back after 25 years
• 3) Income Strip - Option to buy back for a £1 after 45 years

Some funds will release up to 50% upfront for a forward sale with staged payments and the balance upon completion.

To start we would need the following:

• Site plan
• Details of the asset
• Address
• Projected P&L for 5 years
• Tenant schedule with lease info
• Investment value
• Vacant possession value
